ERP 180 Systems: Reference Manual
In order to add or update information to the 180 Systems ERP Portal, users must first register with the system.
After registering an account, users will be able to login to the system using their registered e-mail account and password.
Users registered as a vendor will be able to add multiple systems.
Users registered as a VAR will be able to list multiple supported systems.
Both systems and VARs will be able to list their information as one of the following categories:

Basic: Name, tier, and classification will be shown and sortable

Reciprocal Link: Basic information and a link to a separate page with detailed information
When filling out the detailed information form, there will be an input for the exact location of the reciprocal link. A vendor or VAR with a reciprocal link will not be validated until that link has been verified.

Annual Fee: Basic information and a link to a separate page with detailed information
Annual Fee of $150/System listed
Annual Fee of $150/VAR regardless of how many systems supported
We will send you an invoice if you choose this method.
A system or VAR with an annual fee will not be validated until payment is received.

Systems can select which tier their system falls into
VARs inherit the tier from their systems supported
Tier One/Enterprise (Customer Revenues > $200M, Customer Employees > 500, License Fees > $300k and Implementation Fees:License Fees > 2:1)
Tier Two/Mid Market (Customer Revenues $10M-$200M, Customer Employees 50-500, License Fees $50k-$300k and Implementation Fees:License Fees 1:1-2:1)
Tier Three/Entry Level (Customer Revenues <$10M, Customer Employees <50, License Fees <$50k and Implementation Fees:License Fees <1:1)

Distribution Model
Systems can select which distribution model their system falls into
VARs inherit the distribution model from their systems supported
On Premise | License Based
On Demand | SaaS

System Classification
Systems can select from the list below which classification applies to their system
VARs inherit the classification from their systems supported

When a new system or VAR is added, or old information is edited, the effected system or VAR will immediately require administrative validation. Until validated, the altered system or VAR will not be visible on the portal home page. 180 Systems will check for validation daily.
By clicking on the icon, users can add multiple systems.
Once a system has been added, all systems added will be listed in a table. From this table, users will be able to view any information provided, edit, and remove any of their systems.
VARs can support multiple systems. By clicking on the icon, users will be able to select from a drop down list of systems currently hosted on the portal to add to their supported list.
By clicking on the icon, users will be able to alter any details of their VAR. This information will be altered for all of their supported systems.
Once a supported system has been added, it will be listed in a table. From this table, users will be able to view any information provided as well as remove any of their supported systems.
